In the recent iPhone OS launch, Steve was asked whether iPad's success would impact its international launch dates.
Steve Jobs answer was simple and to the point:
"No, we said we're launching internationally later in April, and we're launching later in April."
But, it seems it was nothing but a lie, if we're to believe Apple's press release stating the international iPad lauch will be delayed one month:
Faced with this surprisingly strong US demand, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the international launch of iPad by one month, until the end of May. We will announce international pricing and begin taking online pre-orders on Monday, May 10.
Bad news for all international customers hoping to have an iPad in the next couple of weeks; and very bad press for Steve for telling us a lie...
