After Smokescreen, here's another option to have Flash (and even Silverlight) running on your iPad.
This Flash in a Pich from Artefact renders the Flash content in a remote server and streams the resulting images to your iPad browser. You still get full interaction thanks to some javascript wizardry.
Speed is still something of a problem, but it should suffice to use a flash site that would otherwise remains completely inaccessible to you on your iPad.
