While we can't get our hand's on a camera with Canon's 20x20cm mega-sensor(!) capable of recording full-frame 60fps video even under low-light conditions, I guess we'll have to settle with the new Canon EOS 60D?
This 18-megapixel camera has a movable 3" high-res screen that allows you to use it in awkward angles, and can record Full HD 1080p video (H.264) with an in-camera video editor. You can also count with ISO 100-6400 modes (and even a 12800 ISO) and shoot up to 58 photos at 5.3fps.
You can check a sample 1080p shot with the 60D here.
