With more and more people watching video in mobile devices, each with its own unique screen resolution and aspect ratio, never has video resizing been so important.
Many years ago, it would suffice to simply "cut off" parts of the image, or adding black bars... but today, Google is testing some more clever ways to do it: inteligently resizing video using seamcarving.
It's not the first time I've talked about seamcarving applied to video, but the results are always... mesmerizing .
