Tired of looking at that odd looking black bar on top of most Google services? Well... looks like you won't be looking at for long.
Google is redesigning their top bar and the most noticeable part is: it's gone! The links we once found on that black bar will now be available via a dropdown menu on Google logo itself - while the notification and sharing option will still be present on the top of the screen.
At first glance, I think I'll be missing the immediate access to things like Google Docs and Calendar, which I use a lot throughout the day. But, I'm willing to give the new design a try... before complaining about the effectiveness of hiding those behind the dropdown menu.
