Portugal may be a land that looks completely surreal for some; where our President tells us that his monthly 10k € isn't enough to "pay his bills" while most citizens have to make do with 20x less; where we have toll-free roads that now have tolls; and where justice often takes so much time that most cases prescribe without sanctions.

But, not everything is bad... In fact, the pros still outweigh the cons regarding Portugal. And besides its people - truly one of its best kept secrets - and that you can surely check for yourself should you come visit, Portugal is also home to some of the most beautiful places on earth.
