This year's Codebits 2012 has yet to open its selection process, but that doesn't mean that they've been slacking off. You can rest assured this year's edition to be even better than the previous editions. Editions that I've been lucky enough to attend (2009, 2010), especially last year, when I was invited to become the official "reporter" on-site.
Why am I bringing this up now, when Codebits is still months away (November 15-17th)?
Well... I just want you to seriously consider dropping by, and see for yourself this amazing technological gathering that takes place in Portugal every year. A place where you can not only attend talks and presentations (or even give your own), and share knowledge with the hundreds of other participants, but you're invited to join up with other people into teams, in order to create the most amazing, useful, or otherwise interesting project you can... in 48h. The prizes are really worth it, though you'll surely leave with a smile no matter if you make it to the stage or not.
So, do keep an eye on Codebits official website, and get ready to let them know why you deserve to attend this great event.
