Galaxy S3 Sells Over 10M in 2 Months
Looks like we're finally seeing why Apple was/is so worried about Samsung. Their latest Android smartphone, the Galaxy S3, has fulfilled what was to be expected - following the previous Galaxy S models, which were also quite sucessful - and has now surpassed the 10 million units sold in just two months.
While some previous customers might feel betrayed, when Samsung revealed it wouldn't update the previous Galay S2 to the latest Android version (and in fact, even this new S3 is now shipping with an outdated Android version, as Google has already launched their new Android 4.1 Jelly Bean) that doesn't seem to be adversely affecting its sales.
It will be very interesting to see just how well Samsung handles the updates issue with their new flagship smartphone - and how long it will take for the latest Android 4.1 Jelly Bean to be available on the Galaxy S3.
Considering it is already one of the fastest smartphones out there... and that the latest Android feels a lot faster than the previous versions... one can expect the Galaxy S3 to be even more amazing than it already is.
