If you're delaying the update to Apple's iOS 6.1 on your iPhone, iPad or iPod due to having a jailbroken device, wait no longer. evasi0n is out, and it promises to free any and every iOS 6.x device out there. Yes, you can now enjoy the freedom of jailbroken Apps on the latest iOS.
The process is simple and can be done in OS X, Windows and Linux (you can see a detailed step by step guid here). But be sure to read everything twice before pressing the go ahead button... meaning: do your backups, disable the lockscreen passcode, and... be patient - it will take a while for the process to finish.
Though I'm not a big fan of jailbreak myself, I do believe everyone should have the right to do it if they choose to do it. And, as we all know, there are indeed several jailbreak-only apps and tweaks that Apple should learn from.
Let's see if the upcoming and (hopefully) refreshed new iOS versions will take a hint from those... Meanwhile, it's ressuring to know you can "evade" your iOS locks thanks to this evasi0n.
