How to customize your Netflix subtitles
Netflix is expanding its reach all over the world, and that means many users will have to use subtitles to understand what's being said on screen. Maybe you didn't know, but you can customize Netflix subtitles to suit your preferences.
Not a fan of yellow subtitles with a slight drop shadow? Don't like the font style? No problem. All you have to do is head to Netflix's subtitle preferences and tweak it till your satisfied with the result.
You can change the font, shadow style, text size, and even the background color and window color for the subtitles. Options that most won't need to change, but might be useful for very specific content or in case people may have a hard time reading them over very bright/dark content. (It might also come in handy should you need to play a prank on a friend that left its Netflix account logged in, that will be puzzled the next time he enables subtitles, probably making him calling Netflix to ask who has decided to put bright green letters over an yellow background on his screen. :)
The settings you choose on Netflix's subtitle preferences should be used in all devices you can watch Netflix on (PC, smartphone, tablets, Smart TVs, etc.) In case it doesn't, nothing like dropping a line to both Netflix and the device manufacturer in order to do so.
