3D printers for $132
We've been foretelling that 3D printing will revolutionize the world, and it looks like it's about to happen, now that the final thing holding it back is now longer an issue: the cost of the 3D printer.
When the so-called "low cost" 3D printers arrived at around $1000, it became attractive to clubs and early adopters; and as they dropped to $500, more and more people were able to consider buying one. But for the "revolution" to happen, it would require 3D printers to be even more affordable, on the range of regular 2D printers - and it seems it finally happened.
We can now get printers like this "A8 Desktop 3D Printer Prusa i3" for just $149.
And to prove it's not just a single incident, there's more: you can check this 3D printer (drops to $132 with discount code "HJD67C"), or this slightly different one for $185.
Just keep in mind that, for now, these 3D printers are being sold unassembled, in kit format. So, you'll need to spend a few hours putting all the pieces together (something that shouldn't be a problem for the intended target for these devices.)
Also, don't forget to buy some filament so you can put your 3D printer to use - an assortment of colors should do nicely to begin with.para poderem experimentar com todo o tipo de impressões. Or else, it will be the equivalent of buying a printer but having to paper to print on.
